My wife and I had quite a lovely stay in the Cozy Bungalow. The place could not have been better, and Elizabeth and her husband are terrific proprietors and hosts of their Air BnB. We give both them and the cottage our highest recommendation !!!

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful place. Very clean, and DeMarcus was always quick to respond with any questions. My husband and I were actually given the opportunity to meet him in person and he definitely the nicest people in the area from our personal experience. Will definitely try staying again if ever in the area!

This unit was booked for a place to stay for a long-term (3 month) work project. The unit slept three comfortably and was a good place to come back and unwind. Great amenities and location!

Cute little home less than 1/2 mile to the local park. Clean, well equipped home. Small amount of noise from a neighbor who was working on a car but host has no control over that and it was an otherwise seamless stay. Thank you.

Beautiful, quiet location with lots of amenities. We had an issue with the lock, but it was addressed very quickly and professionally. Great stay - fall colors in the trees were gorgeous, but with the pool, it'd be a great place to stay in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay with Barbara and John. The home was very comfy, clean, and organized. Quick responses and lots of knowledge for the area. Walking distance to lots of local shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again on future trips.

I needed a place close to UNCG while my daughter attended a student event there. This was 5 minutes to campus, nestled in the trees of a quiet neighborhood. Perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were local restaurant recommendations and even a cute welcome sign that made it more personable. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a long weekend of wandering so this was home base for our stay. It had all the modern amenities and the charm of the early 1900s, including original hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. As the photos show, there's plenty of space to relax, both inside and out. Definitely a unique property. Our, who was very responsive before, during and after our stay, included small touches that make a visit just a little more convenient, especially if you arrive late like we did. Flexible bedside chargers, plenty of coffee pods for the next morning, and a few beverages in the fridge - not necessary, but much appreciated. A very enjoyable visit.

Had such a great stay for a couple days in Greensboro. The location was perfect and easy to find. I was warned about dogs barking but never heard them or had an issues with nosies from the owners. Perfect for a little trip.

Our stay was more than we expected. Lisa and Ginny were such accommodating hosts. We felt like family! We will definitely be booking again when we’re in town visiting our children.

I really enjoyed this condo! it was clean, quiet, and very well equipped. the location was really nice and close to a ton of restaurants and stores! Artan gave clear instructions and made my time super easy! Would definitely stay again!

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of town. It was exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy with all the noted amenities. Check-in / check-out was easy, with lots of helpful notes in the apartment. Location is super convenient for the ballpark and a short 15-20 minute walk to town. Apartment was about 10 minutes away from the Kory Center where my convention was and so close to great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!
