This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

This home is highly recommended! Great location while attending our Annual Community Service Conference, less than 10 minutes away from the Hilton. They thought of everything you could possibly want in your own home, feels really at home! It is perfect! The backyard is huge and well maintained, very calm and relaxing! An abundance of clean linen, comfortable furniture and squeaky-clean kitchen with more than enough appliances and other amenities! If you are a great driver, the busy street will be no problem at all plus the driveway is large enough to do a 3-point turn without getting on the lawn. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We loved it and will reserve again on our next visit!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place. It was super cute with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the little shed. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

Nice comfortable stay nice pool and hot tub

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Pedro’s place was everything I could ask for. 1/2 mile from a great beach, several restaurants walkable distance The condo was immaculate. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation. Great place for vacation.

We would have given everything as 5 stars, except for the water leak and the fans that were required during our stay. Honestly would we stay again, absolutely. Would it be worth the cost that we paid, if it weren't for the fans and the various leak related issues absolutely. The house is extremely well maintained. Cleaned Exceptionally. The location is quiet and very nice. It is within walking distance to a grocery store and more. Within driving distance to everything the space coast has to offer. Carola is a wonderful host and very communicative. I would recommend her and her property to everyone. We just had the unlucky experience of a water leak that was just a fluke.

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lily and Steven’s place! They were both extremely helpful and friendly. The place was just as described. 10/10 recommend! 😄

We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.
