Condo holiday rentals in Rockville

Me and my family went for our daughter UMD Graduation and this location was amazing. Just 15 minutes away. Hardly any traffic getting there with multiple ways in and out. The house was PERFECT, in the sense that had everything we needed and more. Super spacious and great neighborhood. This was my first interaction renting a property for 8 days and the entire process was flawless. If I ever need to comeback to the DC area, I will most definitely reach out again to DaJuan. Thank you for everything you did for us.

We felt right at home in Ian's place. It was very clean and exactly as described - spacious, walkable to so many things yet tucked away and private enough that it's quiet at night. One thing to note is the bed is incredibly firm.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Such a great place! My host Kristen was fantastic . She was very communicative and helpful and friendly . Check in was effortless. The location is great and near plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping . The Airbnb itself is an amazing throwback to cassette tapes and Go-Go. Thoughtful touches and cozy. Plenty of amenities . Everything about this staycation was great. A real home away from home.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Joe’s Airbnb when we came into town for Project Glow! The place was exactly as it was shown in the listing, super easy to access, and had lots of great amenities that made our trip very comfy. We made full use of the kitchen, which included a coffee maker, water boiler, and a nice assortment of teas, and the place also had a washer/dryer and nice shower. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for the two of us. It’s a quick rideshare to the downtown area; the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but the Airbnb was in a quiet area and we felt safe during our time there. Joe was also super responsive and helpful during our stay. Overall, would definitely stay again if in the area!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Alexander ist ein unfassbar netter Gastgeber, er war immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen, die Wohnung sah aus wie beschrieben und war sehr einfach zu finden. Eine tolle Lage sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig, komme gerne jedes mal wieder her wenn ich in der Stadt bin.

Perfect location for exploring Annapolis attractions via walking including Naval Academy and downtown. A bonus for me, all areas were wheelchair accessible (except balcony). Very clean and well maintained! Bed was super comfy!

Really enjoyed staying at this location, very convenient and close to restaurants and public transport. Great to bring your fur babies, probably best for smaller dogs. You should just be aware there is like no grass in DC before you bring your pets lol! Overall a great experience and the location was so clean with not much noise surprisingly for the area.

Een prachtige studio met veel ruimte, een grote keuken en dito badkamer. Smaakvol ingericht met allerlei leuke details, mooie posters aan de muur, kunstbloemen en echte planten. Een plek in een leuke wijk om je meteen thuis te voelen.

We can’t say enough good things about Megan’s place. Our favorite part was how well-appointed the kitchen is, but it’s all great. Very walkable/bikeable city, so you can leave your car behind.

Yue’s place is great and especially quiet. It is conveniently located near grocery, pharmacy, and banks. The most attractive though is a lake close by that is great for walks. Everything worked well and Yue was very responsive- always asking if there is more she can do. I will definitely come back again. One caution is the flight of stairs so if you are elderly or have a bad knee, that might be a problem.

Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!

Beautiful set up. Room to gather and nice quiet private space when you need it. Convenient location if youre in dc sightseeing. Easy access to poblic transportation. Would definitely stay here again . There was a minor issue with the garbage disposal and Matt had it resolved in a couple hours.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Pristinely clean and spacious with everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the modern decor and appreciated the extra thoughtful amenities. A wonderful place to return to after a long day of walking in DC. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great host, great location. Walkable to great restaurants as right over the bridge from Main Street Annapolis. The pool is literally right in front of the apartment overlooking the water and the boats going by. The place is not huge but location, location, location.

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
