Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Rocky Point

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Johnathan was very communicative and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. It’s always a plus when the host is just as great as the space itself. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay. Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

Place was great! Loved sitting on the balcony every day! We even saw dolphins swimming! Great view of the water! Everything is close by. Will definitely come back!

My family and I had a great stay. Once I purchased the place I received a message with further check in instructions from Sebastian. He was timely and responsive. The place looked like the pictures and the manuel was clear and easy to understand. It felt like a vacation home with beautiful scenery and the location was close to private. We had an assigned parking spot so no worries there. It is a secluded location hidden by the beautiful green foliage; however, when you exit to the Main Street there is a grocery and plenty of places to eat with in walking distance on the trail if one wanted to. On check out Sebastian sent clear instructions. I will definitely choose to stay at Sebastian’s BnB again next time I visit my sister🤗

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

Just like the photos! Beautiful and comfortable for our stay… Love the location, close to everywhere we wanted to go! Comfortable bed, the couch could use some updating. The pool is very warm, but a nice spot to hang out. Didn’t get to see any dolphins 😞 Overall, enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The pool was hands-down the highlight. sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The home itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you could tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, no stress, no confusion, just smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

Iris communicated instructions very clearly and gets back to you in a timely manner. The house was clean and was able to fit 10 people maybe even an 11th person if needed. There is no drinking water unless you are willing to drink the water you wash the dishes with but everything was in close proximity to the house Very quiet area. If I visit the area again I would most likely book with Iris again.

We very much enjoyed our stay and our kids went wild with the HUGE hot tub and the play room was an awesome bonus. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything I could possibly need to make meals for the family. Very clean and spacious

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!
