This home was a perfect fit for my family. We were in town for the UT graduation. My daughter’s house was right down the street. The home was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The outdoor area is so nice. The pool was clean and a great temperature to relax on a float. The closed porch was a great place to take an afternoon nap on a rainy day. Very peaceful.

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

This was a charming house with a perfect space for relaxing. Close to shops that have all the amenities you may need. Host was explicit in instructions and provided all the basic necessities. Very happy I chose this little oasis for our mini vacation.

She was wonderful responded very quickly. If there was any problems, she addressed right away. would rent again.

This house was great to host my family for the weekend. The house was so cute and everything was well put together. As a Tampa native, I wanted them to be close for us to bounce around and explore the Tampa area. This was a perfect spot in the heights!

the house is really nice. we really enjoyed the screened porch and pool table even though it was unlevel and there was only one usable cue stick. it was kinda like a mix of putt putt and pool haha :) it was also nice that there were doggy doors.

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! I did not want to leave as this felt like our home away from home. Thank you again John and abbey. We will be visiting the new Airbnb soon ;)

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

My friends and I came to Tampa for my boyfriend’s birthday and everything was perfect! The space was nice and there were so many amenities included. The location was perfect and we were able to easily travel to all of the nearby beaches. The pool was a great addiction as well as the covered patio with a tv. Couldn’t have been happier!

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.

Such an amazing stay with an even more incredible host Alan was always available to answer all our questions made great suggestions for local restaurants A definite must stay again next time we are in Tampa

It was a little confusing to find the apartment at first as we had entered into the wrong doorway from the parking garage. The apartment was very tidy. I would recommend updating the blankets and pillows as they were quite worn down. I would also recommend a small table on either side of the couch so that you may set a beverage on it. The pool was absolutely stunning. Everyone around us was very pleasant.

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

Great place In tampa easy walking to armature works and all the restaurants down there. Great place at great value.

Me and my friend loved staying here!! It was super clean and put together!! It was close to lots of fun places, including the MidFlorida Ampitheatre, which made it super easy to get back to the bnb after our concert. Thank you for having us! :)

Great host!!! I had questions prior to and during my stay, and Codie responded each time within 10 minutes. There was also a minor issue on my second nights stay, and Codie had a handyman address the issue first thing the following morning. Will definitely look at staying here again.

This home was had a large living space and nestled in a secluded area - nice and private. There was an issue with the hot tub and the owners responded within the same day and had it fixed early the next day. Would recommend. Thanks! Paul

My friends and I came for a girls weekend to relax and enjoy beaches and good food. This place is in a safe location that’s close to a variety of things to do and eat. Jermaine was very responsive to any questions we had, and even checked on us the first night to make sure we had what we needed. Everything was comfortable and set up very nicely.

Lots of great games for family fun. Great cozy couch for family movie night. Pool was a lot of fun, and the house was close to the beach and the Florida Aquarium.
