Holiday rentals with a pool in Rocky Point

What a beautiful home! Never a dull moment in this home. We appreciated the vintage arcade, the awesome pool, and the mini golf in the backyard, as well as the ample space to watch our shows and movies. Super clean and lots of room. This is a great stay either if you by yourself, your partner or family and friends. Also it was great to be able to have the laundry machines at our disposal. 100 out of 10.

We had a great and relaxing week at this home. The pool was used day and night. Our dogs loved the yard. It was all clean and had everything we would need for the stay.

If i could give 100 stars I would. This place is such a vibe. the house is absolutely stunning and they take care of you like you are family. There was coffee in the pantry, they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you want to use. The beds are very comfortable and the place is so clean. The outside was great for the kids. The house is located in a really good place close to everything. We felt like we were in our own home. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for us.

The house was perfect for my wife, my dad, my good friend, and myself for the Metallica weekend. I have season tickets for the Bucs, but typically make the 2hr drive back home. Now we have a place to go back to for an extended trip. The pool is great! The house was clean and as advertised. If you are heading to either Raymond James Stadium or Steinbrenner Field, it's about a 15 minute drive depending on traffic. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Benji and Kathleen's spot. Our kids, age 6, 3 and 2 were overjoyed with the amenities and toys available. The pool was lovely and I felt confident that my children were safe with the gate around the pool as well as the closed living space on the outdoor patio. We spent a morning at the beach and another morning at the Tampa Zoo but getting back to the house, swimming, relaxing and playing were certainly the memorable highlights of the trip. Benji was also extremely responsive and made sure to check in. We arrived very late from our flight and had no problem finding the house and getting inside. We highly recommend this home for a trip to Palm Harbor/Tampa if you have small children. It was perfect and a great family escape.

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Very very clean and spacious home for the size. In immaculate condition, from my line of work. I was impressed of the quality of craftsmanship. From inside the house’s cabinetry, flooring. To the outside covered patio and finishes, flawless, very well and maintained property. Sincerely, Hunt Club

Our stay was wonderful! We needed ample space for a bachelorette vacay, and Franddy did not disappoint. Ample space, great amenities, super responsive and flexible. If you need a chill spot that’s not too far from attractions in Tampa, definitely recommend 100%

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

Cozy little place, well decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. The pull out bed was good enough for my 6 yr old, but would recommend bringing a pillow for it if you’re going to use it. There isn’t one in the room for it unless you use the main bedroom pillows. We beached most of the time and didn’t watch TV, but if we wanted to the couch wasn’t comfy for lounging around. We loved the balcony though! The only “complaint” would be all the coffee supplied was decaf and it was a shock the first morning after getting in super late. So, bring your own coffee just in case. Host was super helpful when there was any other issues. Very kind and accommodating! Plus they supplied plenty of TP and PT, beach towels and towels. Can’t wait to come back!

Love, love, love this place! Becky and Tyler were super sweet and very responsive! Check-in was smooth, the place was beautiful and comfortable! This is definitely one of our most favorite vacations that we have been on!
