The property is located in the Munkebjerg forest, where there is the possibility of walking, cycling, etc. There is walking distance to both restaurant, golf club, riding school and ice house and beach with blue flag as well as bathing jetty. There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
