Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Here you have access to hiking trails in the nearby area Or why not take a warming sauna or a 38-degree bath in your own Jacuzzi? Gullvik's sea swimming, you can reach within 2 km. The nearest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to Örnsköldsvik city center with Paradisbadet and Skyttis ski slope area. You will find several ski slopes in the municipality. On a small hill overlooking the lake is the beautiful yellow house. Here you can relax and watch deer and reindeer at breakfast. Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our house, the beautiful kitchen, the cozy fireplace and the beautiful surroundings offer the opportunity to switch off. Hiking and fishing enthusiasts, cross-country skiers and alpine skiers also have plenty to discover in the area. In summer, the lake offers welcome cooling and from October to March you can see the northern lights dancing.

The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Beautifully located detached cottage with unobstructed views over the lake and on the edge of the forest. The ideal place to relax and unwind in the Höga Kusten. Both summer and winter excursions, husky or snowmobile rides in the area to book or snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing. Price includes 15 kWh and 20 liters of wood per day. Extra wood and electricity are charged at market price by means of a 100 euro deposit.(Now: €8/20 liters and €0.25/kWh. 10 minutes from supermarket

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
