This beautiful nostalgic houseboat is located on the outskirts of Roermond in the middle of nature and the water sports area of Roermond. A few minutes' walking distance, you are in the center, the Outlet, beach facilities or a water ski run. Houseboat Monsin has all the luxury and facilities you need with a large (partly) covered terrace with jetty. There is also a large garden and parking space. It is a perfect place if you love nature and want to learn to discover Roermond and surroundings.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
