The 20 x 20 master suite consist of a king bed, custom two person rain shower and walk out private balcony. First level has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen ready to entertain family and friends. The garage has 6 kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, washer and dryer.

Screened lanai, loungers, seating areas, clean swimming canal, enjoy floating with your favorite bev., Many seafood restaurants minutes away. Kayak the Weeki Wachee river to see the manatees. I have a small boat for rent to go 5 mi up river. 80 day, available most of the time, if I'm out of town Marina is 1 block away. it is a Carolina Skiff 14ft with a 20hp tiller. 800lb cap.
