Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Restored old attic

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Le Cosy, quiet and new accommodation in the heart of Bourg

We're excited to welcome you to our typical Ardèche Verte home. The 40 m2 accommodation is independent (private entrance) and refurbished. It is attached to our home. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (TV/Wi-Fi), a bathroom (shower/toilet) as well as a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Wake up in peace, you can enjoy walks and hikes (GR 42 at your feet), the river but also many activities (climbing, spa, safari...).

Roiffieux-Annonay Accommodation

Fully renovated studio and attic with views of the alps, in a stone house on its rock above the Cance Valley. In 2021, we fell in love with the charm of this little corner of peaceful nature, after major renovation work we wanted to share with you this little green setting, to contemplate from the window of your bedroom the shimmering colors of beautiful sunrise over the alps, the green valley animated by hot air balloon flights.
