Place was clean and had new working appliances, only issue was construction noise from next door in the mornings. I wake up early so it's not a big problem but could be an issue if you sleep late.

The stay was spotless. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and as seen in the photos (even nicer!). It has a private patio that adds a lot and is something that few places offer. Everything was clean and cared for in every detail. The host was very kind, always available and flexible with the checkout schedule, which made everything easier. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. It can comfortably accommodate seven people. The rooms and the living room have A/C and ceiling fans and all beds have new mattresses. The park, pool and barbecue are excellent. Communication with Mauritius was very smooth. There is a super well stocked and with good prices 450 meters away, and the community drinking water tank is 50 meters away. We would definitely come back!

Everything is spotless! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, bright and clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from both balconies is spectacular to enjoy the sunsets in the city. It is located at an ideal point to go out to eat or have a rich coffee. Ignacio was a great host! Very warm, attentive and respectful of us from the moment we booked. We have no doubt that we will be back on our next visit to Rosario!
