My delightful 45-square-meter apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in a colorful 3-story building from the early 1900s, with a 25-square-meter garden. You will be within walking distance of all public transport (metro-tram-bus) and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Via Balilla is a small and characteristic tree-lined street with buildings, each of a different color and all with an internal garden. The apartment overlooks the gardens: you will be surrounded by greenery and awakened by the singing of the birds!

The apartment is very bright and quiet because it overlooks an internal garden giving you an oasis of calm on your vacation. It is equipped with all the amenities, has just been renovated and will be at your disposal. You will be immersed in the heart of Rome, in the ancient district of Suburra, with the characteristic streets of Rome and its clubs but with the great roads of the imperial forums next to it that will take you to the Colosseum and its metro in five minutes. You can experience an unforgettable vacation.

The apartment is located at 4th floor of an historic building (1884) right in front of the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (432) whose enchanting view you can enjoy sitting on the sofa. The central train station of Roma Termini (thus metro station) is less than 10 minutes walking, while the Colosseum is among 15 to 20 minutes. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

It is located right in the center, you can visit Rome on foot, it is 5 minutes from Termini station, where the transport from the airport converge. The Monti neighborhood is delightful to live in

The cozy flat "Carvaggio" boasts a private terrace with small table and chairs to have breakfast and relax in the evening. It has a queen size canopy bed and a single canopy bed in separate room, bathroom with tub/shower and fully equipped kitchenette. AC (to be used sustainably), free wi-fi and independent heating are provided. It is located on the second floor of a private building from 1800's along with another apartment, (no lift!) few mins on foot from Coliseum in the heart of Monti.
