It is open in every season, from the afternoon until late in the evening and it's the ideal place to relax after a day of work or excursions in the city. The room has just been renovated we are located near the metro line A stop (Furio Camillo) the historic center can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro (Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum) Appio-Latino is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the historic center. There are several bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream that I will recommend. I can speak english, french.

Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. On the sideboard there will also be excellent homemade desserts.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

The large and modern double bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed. It includes a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix subscription and a double sofa bed. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower. In addition, the room has a mini-bar, a kettle and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
