Our place is centrally located at the heart of Romblon. Just a few minutes walk from the main port, some tourist spots and restaurants. Easy to grab a ride to visit some beaches. Our check-in and check-out time is adjustable but subject to availability. This home may not be new, but we made sure that the basic amenities are provided and that everything is clean and neat. We also manage a small private beach resort in Alad island, Romblon that all our Transient Home guest has free entrance to.

My place is just 8 mins. from The Mansion, Wright Park, Mines View Park and 15 mins. from Camp John Hay. You’ll love my place because it still captures that "old Baguio" cozy feel. My place is good for couples, groupies and families with kids (max of 5). It's furnished and you can cook. Important: Since the condo is very new there is still no Wifi or Cable TV service at this time. So it's best for some quiet and peaceful time and real conversation and bonding with your loved ones. :)

This is a 37sqm nicely furnished apartment with terrace and lots of comfort. The fantastic view from the terrace extends to the sea and is located directly on the little used ring road. The resort is only in the making, which is why prices are kept discreet. I.e. pool, restaurant, kiosk and some houses have not been built yet. The construction noise is limited because a lot is done here by hand, which does not cause disturbing noise.
