Si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal paese di San Casciano Val di Pesa e Scandicci (da cui parte comodamente la tranvia per arrivare nel centro di Firenze). L'appartamento è per 4 ospiti e dispone di due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Sono presenti due bagni (di cui uno di servizio), un ampio salotto con divano, cucina accessoriata e terrazzino.
