Indulge in sundowners on the north-facing veranda with built-in braai sheltered from the elements. The house is equipped with a combustion fireplace ensuring cozy winter nights, mini inverter, WIFI, smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village. NOTE the house next door is under construction but the views are not affected.

Rocklands Studio

This modern luxury ground floor studio apartment is fully equipped and offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the Rooiels rocky shore. Here you can unwind, watch the ocean and listen to the soothing sound of the waves rolling in against the rocks. The studio is within 100 metres of the Rooiels Nature Reserve where a short trail leads you to Otter Cove - a natural tidal pool amongst the rocks. The pristine, sandy main beach is also easily accessible via a 15min walk or 5min drive.

Endless Views & Privacy

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil off the grid getaway, situated in a quiet cul de sac next to a greenbelt, with easy access to splendid Silversands beach and hiking/mountain biking on your doorstep. Beach cabin getaway in Pringle Bay

This is a tiny cabin built for the love of the Koegelberg nature biosphere. It floats on a sea of fynbos and lives out onto a large deck for breakfast with the birds, reading in the hammock, soaking in the fire bath, and dinner al fresco within earshot of the breaking waves.
