Lovely place tucked away so it is lovely and quite!. Apartment is beautiful and clean. The best part is you can get involved around the farm so we got to watch milking and met the baby calfs and was able to walk around the farm. Linda was lovely popped by to say hello and make sure we are okay.

I booked on behalf of my daughter and friend and 2 children (9 & nearly 3) on a late booking after another Airbnb site let us down. They only had good to say about it and the youngster enjoyed the rides on the tractor.

Well what can I say, we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rural location on the Cornish and Devon border area, was exactly what we were looking for, for some much needed R and R ! The accommodation is to a high standard finish, with all the amenities required. Check ran smoothly and quickly settled in to our weekend stay, the barbeque and fire pit was just the icing on the cake. The great views from this working farm were to die for! the host and her entire extended family made us all feel very welcome and Linda's full cooked breakfast was a pleasant surprise! will most definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay, and cant recommend this place enough!

Ended up being transferred to a different property by the same owner. Lovely quiet and clean thatched cottage. Unfortunately the host stopped replying to any messages and no breakfast was provided despite it being on the listing. Despite this we had a lovely stay and the host was very hospitable once we got in contact by calling her.

Lovely farm location - we met baby calves and a gorgeous sheepdog on our morning walk around the grounds! Linda is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble.

Linda's place is a working farm, the family is really friendly, as too are the dogs. The place has everything one needs for self catering and its secluded location makes for a peaceful visit, though the local market town is only 6 miles away and has incredible history, a great butchers and pubs to boot! Top Tip: Whatever the month make sure you light the log burner for a beautiful evening by the fireside.
