From start to finish Pierre made our holiday experience in Prague great. As first time Air BNB'ers we didn't know what to expect but Pierre was in communication from the start and happy to help make recommendations if asked. He pointed us in the direction of Henry for an airport transfer as we were arriving at 00:10 local time, ensured that Henry had the keys to the apartment and arranged for some food staples to be in the kitchen so that we could have breakfast before going to the local shops for supplies. Henry was waiting for us and provided a gentle introduction to the city coming in from the airport. The building is currently undergoing some renovations, so the initial entrance is dusty and has some building resources in it, but both apartments were clean and fresh and well presented, well aired and not dusty. The elevator was a godsend with all our luggage and our group had two older people-they had the smaller apartment with a quiet sitting room overlooking the square to rest quietly in the heat of the day if they wanted. Windows opened wide onto the Peace Square and people and tram watching was fascinating. The trams are literally outside with the Metro station underneath-travel prices are very good compared to the UK!! There are local supermarkets within walking distance and several markets running over the city on different days. The second apartment housed 2 families-6 of us-and we had a choice of beds and plenty of space to relax together or communally-the dining table is big enough for us all to eat around together or chat over a late night coffee. The apartment was comfortable with a family feel to it so we didn't worry about an inquisitive 10 year old boy breaking anything. The kitchen is basic but has all that is needed-plenty of crockery and cooking pans, cleaning stuff (except dishwasher tablets) provided-but as an experienced self caterer I had packed those and some washing powder. The heat of the week didn't impact on the holiday as the apartment is above ground and we could have windows open and allow the breeze through. We often slept with the window open and weren't disturbed by what could be a busy square down below. Once windows were shut you couldn't hear a thing!! Bathroom and shower were excellent (URL HIDDEN) now to Prague....the city is amazing, there's so much to do I don't know what to recommend-we didn't complete it all but between all of our party we possibly did. The 'oldies' loved staying in the city centre and spent a lot of time in Prague Castle area-they loved that the tram 22 virtually took them from outside our door to the foot of the castle. Food and drink are VERY reasonable compared to the UK and these oldies took advantage of the restaurant below and ate there most nights-we all ate together one night and I agree they had found a gem-food was excellent-I...

Great location, great apt, great host and for sure worth your money. Tram stop right outside Pierre's building which made getting places easy. Multiple bathrooms which made having a group of 13 easy. We went out each night and the only downside was that the people below us were very sensitive to the being quiet after 10 o'clock rule. Not a huge deal as there are plenty of bars around to go to for really cheap beers!!

Great large flat and bedrooms, ideal for big groups. Clean, super quiet with beautiful view on a nice church square and all amenities you need for a few days. Definitely recommended! Pierre was super friendly, waited for us upon arrival and helped us settle in even though we got in very late on a Thursday night. A 15 mns walk to the main square and great connections with trams and metro.

We had a group of 13 actors stay in Pierre's two apartments on the 3rd floor, and they had a fabulous time. The location of the building is perfect, out of the craziness of Wenceslas square, yet direct access to everything. We will b back.
