A lovely, recently renovated 2 bedroom first floor apartment within a beautiful restored Umbrian farmhouse, with shared swimming pool, private terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining & stunning views of the local countryside.
Inside, the property is a clever fusion of both contemporary and traditional design. Guests enter the property into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A glass table has been cleverly created using wine barrels and there is a corner fireplace adding character to the room. Moving through the property, there is a master bedroom with four poster bed along with adjacent dressing area and bathroom with oversized shower. There is also a smaller double room with bathroom opposite.
The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of land and guests enjoy use of a lovely swimming pool (12 x 5 metres). The apartment is one of 5 apartments within the building but it has it's own spacious covered private terrace with huge comfortable sofas as well as an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. The apartment has lovely views over the rolling hills and countryside of Umbria and Tuscany.
Guests have sole use of the entire apartment. The pool is shared with the other 4 apartments, but the property has its own private terrace.

I am a mother with 2 young children, age 10 & 13 and a very busy husband! I gave up work with Procter and Gamble 10 years ago to spend time at home with the children. I have loved being able to spend so much time with them. However, with both children now at school, I was keen to start working again. I initially enjoyed managing two of our own holiday properties in the Italian Lakes which we bought in 2008 and 2009 following our first visit to the area in 2007. However, I have now started to manage holiday homes for others, not just in the Italian Lakes, but elsewhere in Italy and now also in France through my site - Bookings For You. I carefully select each property and ensure that I maintain that personal but professional service level that I believe holidaymakers are looking for.
