For your convenience, the rental and cleaning fees include Palm Springs' mandatory Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 11.5%.
For example, if a night costs $295.50, you are actually paying a base of $265 + the City's 11.5% tax.
We comply with the City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax, which requires we keep a signed agreement and a copy of the government ID of the person making the reservation.

-Maximum 6 overnight guests (unless owner's permission given ahead of time - maximum 8 overnight guests per Palm Springs municipal code)
Pool has no security fencing so property may not be suitable for small children
$80 daily pool heating charge, OPTIONAL (actual cost to owner, not necessary in summer)
NOTE: The City of Palm Springs municipal ordinance no. 1848 prohibits the amplification of sound including music , outdoor speakers, TV's, etc. outside of the house and it shall not be audible at the property line. Renters are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance.
