A private, modern, spacious 2 bedroom guesthouse only 3 kms from Tokoroa In a lovely rural setting.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and full kitchen facilities are available with quality equipment for guests to use.
Location is only 55 kms from Taupo and Rotorua and only 30kms from the famous Putaruru Blue Spring walkway, one hour drive to Hamilton, 45 minute drive to Hobbiton and Mystery Creek.
Cougar Park Mtn Bike track is only 5km away.
Great central location in the Sth Waikato.

The space
A very spacious brand new two bedroom guesthouse with a bedroom on either side of the living room with ensuites to each room. There is a super king bed in one room that can be converted into two single beds. All bed linen is 100% cotton and the beds are top quality ensuring you have a great nights sleep.
The kitchen is fitted out with quality equipment to make your stay that little bit more luxurious.
The bathroom is equipped with a storage tower and a rain head shower.
The property overlooks a pond with a waterwheel and a natural stream and on a fine day there are stunning views of Maungatautari.
Guests can use the garage as a secure lock up area for mountain bikes or other large equipment.

There is ample parking for two cars or light trucks and a trailer.
Located in the garage area is a laundry for you to use at no charge.
There is room in the garage to charge electric cars.

Other things to note
This is a working farm and from time to time there will be stock nearby. There are electric fences behind your property which are clearly labelled. You will also drive past a workshop that may have equipment from time to time outside however this does not affect your area.
