The house is in a quaint & quiet neighborhood in the suburbs of LA. The large backyard is covered with lush drought tolerant plants. There is a firepit, Weber gas BBQ, and patio. During the summers, your outside experience includes sitting under 50 year old grape vines.
The house is bright and airy with large windows throughout the house.
My home is bright with an open floor plan in the living room, but maintaining comfy cozy bedroom space.

One of my fave things is to spark up a Cuban, pour a nice glass of scotch and sit outside and watch the sun set.
I'm a native of Los Angeles and have a ton of favorite haunts and restaurants all over town available to guests upon request.
