Caroline's home is gorgeous! It's literally right on the water, and there are phenomenal views of the bay/ocean! When we arrived, we were a tiny bit confused as to where the apartment entrance was, but Caroline met us outside, which was really useful. I stayed there with my husband and two other friends, and we had plenty of space for lounging, sleeping, etc.
The mattress and pillows in the master bedroom were really comfortable. The entire apartment was pristine! It was really nice to be able to open the giant windows, and the living room sort of turns into a balcony facing the sea. There are some cute restaurants around the apartment, although we didn't have a chance to try them. One of my favorite places to dine in the area was Auberge du Pont de Paluden, and if you like crepes, La Route du Phare or Creperie Du Manoir De Trouzilit are super yummy!
We stayed here in the middle of our trip so it was very useful to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Two things to note - 1) there is no wifi in the house, but you can go to public areas nearby for it and 2) the apartment is on the 3rd floor so you need to climb stairs (bring a flashlight or use your cellphone flashlight at night).
I would definitely love to go back to Brittany and stay at this beautiful home! It's perfect for a relaxing vacation, especially if you want to stay away from all those pesky e-mails!
