It was the reviews which drew me to this place and it did not disappoint! I met some amazing people staying here and felt at home and treated as a friend rather than a guest. It was sad to leave. Hopefully I will come back one day.

Had a blast in Blendia!I've met soooo many great people during my stay and honestly you guys made my trip ten times better.I loved it when all of us was sitting in the living room, talking and drinking together, it really made me feel like we're one big family.I literally cried my way to the airport cause I didn't want to leave Blendia so soon.Shout out to Deer for tolerating me being annoying. And also big thanks to Yuta being chill af.I hope I can hear you sing again(maybe something else other than that one Ed Sheeran song???).Also Nicole and Scott for letting me tag along when they go clubbing. You nice people are the reason that I want to come back asap. And I hope I can do that in the near future.Gonna miss you all.

This is first time I've stayed at a shared guest house and Blendia was perfect. I felt so at home at Blendia, the space is clean and well equipped with tea, coffee and instruments for you to play at your leisure. It's situated in a quiet but central area, walking distance to the metro and JR station. Above all, the people in Blendia were so warm and welcoming, I honestly felt so at home at Blendia with the wonderful host Yuta, as well as all the other people staying there. Even though I was only there for less than a week, I feel like I've made many friends during my short stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo!!

Super chill place to stay in a nice location. Facilities are pretty basic but clean and tidy. Everyone's very friendly and it has a really nice common area (like it has instruments and coffee and stuff it's really cool); and all for an amazing price. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere casual and relaxed to stay.

Blendia was the first place I stayed when I moved to Japan. If you are into the arts and into making new friends, this is the place to book. The Blendia crew are such warm and welcoming people and are now some of my best friends in Tokyo. You have access to a coffee station and a wide array of musical instruments. They're not shy to sing and play with you and you can expect someone to be jamming you some chill tunes at night. The house is located in Meguro, which gives you pretty convenient access to Ebisu, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi and Shinagawa. You'll be near the Meguro river which is famous during spring for its long stretch of Sakura cherry blossoms. I highly recommend staying here if you're a solo traveler like me looking for new friends, new tunes, and new experiences. Thanks guys. :)

Hello! My name is Motoki. I love to travel, especially when meeting new people and sharing each values, knowledges and experiences there. So I made up my mind to open BLENDIA to do that even on my daily life, and also to let the guests experience the most fantastic moment of the travel as well. In the beginning of 2015, after 6 months of preparation, I finally opened here, and welcomed more than 600 guests in nearly 2 years.

I love this place so much because I spent most of my college life here at BLENDIA. From wonderful memories, serious accidents to funny pranks, everything is here! What I like most about Airbnb is the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with guests who have stayed at my house and return. Not only that, but hosting guests gives me the advantage to share perspectives, culture, and experience with the guests from all over the world. I hope to gain a unique worldview through the conversations with you, and develop new perspectives by sharing our idea.

BLENDIA, the name of this guesthouse came from the coffee blend. On the blending process, it's required to understand each beans contained in a blend. They are coming from all over the world, and each one has special flavors or tastes. Bitter, fruity, dark, sour...everything is very different, but should be understood all.
The people are same here. They're coming from all over the world with different background such as culture, religion, language...anything. And here, they all can be blended with understanding each other, and finally made one unique flavor called "Today's Blend".

There're lots of things happening in the world, but I believe people can understand each other as long as we can face and talk directly.
Can you be a part of Today's blend? We welcome whoever likes this concept!! So...See you soon here!
