My cool & modern 1 bedroom apartment is an excellent resting place for all travelers taking in Dublin's amazing tourist attractions.

You are guaranteed to feel comfortable and welcome when you arrive at my home.

24/7 guest access through our secure code lock on the apartments, no need for keys.

The recently refurbished, spacious apartment is located in the busy north inner city.

Excellent public transport links from Dublin airport & Templebar.

Super fast high speed broadband.

The space

The apartment consists of a master bedroom equipped with a modern en-suite. The master bedroom is spacious and contains a double bed. It also has a bed side locker and a large wardrobe with shelves and rails to hang your clothes. The en-suite bath room contains a nice electric shower. It has a new sink with a good mirror over it and has a standard toilet. This apartment is on the ground floor so it is very accessible to any one with a disability.

The kitchen and dining space is very modern in appearance. It has new everything. New oven, new sink, new fridge, new microwave, new coach etc. It has a fold out table for extra convenience when dining. You have access to all our pots and pans, so you are free to cook and prepare your own food as well as eat out in the many local restaurants that we can recommend. We only have one double bed in the apartment, we also have a 3 seat sofa that folds out into another double bed. This can comfortably sleep 2 people. I also have a single mattress for a 5th guest. We will provide clean towels, sheets, blankets, duvets and pillows for all our guests.

Guest access

the guests will be able to get the keys themselves and will have full access to the whole apartment.

Interaction with guests

We pride ourselves in the privacy we offer guests, therefore we operate a complete self service check in and check out. You can arrive anytime you want and there will be a code to let you in. If there is ever any questions about your stay or if a problem should arise during your visit, I am on call 24/7 to help guests feel safe and secure.

Other things to note

If you have a large group coming to Dublin, we can arrange extra beds and blankets for extra guests.

There is parking available on the road outside the apartment, St Alphonsus' Rd Lower , it is pay and display from 7am-7pm and free in the night time. I advise everyone to park beside Fitzroy Ave, on Russal Ave and Whitworth Ave, this is about 5 minute walk form the apartment and it has secure free parking.

I have a full detailed guidebook in the apartment waiting for you. This contains hundreds of my personal recommendations of things to do, things to see, places to eat, places to drink. Along with all this information I have provided plenty of maps and tourism brochures for a lot of the main tourist attractions in the city. Also contains a small piece about the history of Ireland and Dublin. It have also wrote out a list of the 20 best things to do while in Dublin city. Enjoy :)

The location is fine and you are able to walk into the city, it's about 45mins, directions there and how to get in were also good, Taking a car there is a pain though, it's really difficult to find any parking at all that isn't at an hourly rate and that runs between 7am to midnight. Had we known this we would never have taken the car for this part of our journey and only picked it up at a later date as it was extremely stressful. The apartment, is in my opinion good for 2 people, or 2 adults and maybe 2 children for the bed settee, I wouldn't want to be there in a bigger party. There were a few issues with the cleanliness, i.e. the bed hadn't been changed but Brian did deal with this in under 2 hours, whilst we were out, but could have been a problem I think if you'd arrived late. It was fine to stay there and the location suited us well, a few little tweaks though could have made this much better and I think the cleaning needs to be checked between guests.

Location is great, a 2 minute walk to shops and public transport. Finding a place to park was confusing however we found a place thanks to a kind stranger. Only issue was when we arrived only the double bed had bedclothes on it, there were no sheets on the sofa bed, matress or on the duvets and pillows for the sofa bed and matress but we were able to make do with what we had brought. Would stay here again.

Brian had clear and ample communication, and we loved our stay. It is more simple/basic furniture and provisions, not luxury. But all was clean and workable, and the location was perfect for our long ambles around Dublin. Thanks!

Loved the place. Super central, very clear and easy instructions to everything. Whoever complained about the heater, or hot water doesn't know how to read instructions, or operate common household items. Parking was a bit of an issue, but i was able to find nearby parking through a third party service for pretty cheap less than a km away. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to ireland.

The flat is really well located. We enjoyed our time in Dublin. The building is quiet. Brian is available for questions and let us some interesting informations about the city. The only point to be improve is about cleaning.. The bathroom and the fridge was really dirty. Not appropriate when a cleaning fee is to be paid.
