Luxury 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa Bonita is only 15 minutes from Disneyworld, 20 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios / Islands of adventure.
The south facing pool deck enjoys the sunshine all day.
Pool heat is an extra $30 a day / $180 a week plus tax.
Four bedrooms allow this luxury air conditioned house to sleep up to 8 guests at a time. High speed internet with wifi covering the entire home is included. Climate control throughout the house as well as flat screen tvs.
The huge master suite overlooks the pool and is complemented by a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms.
To the back of the house is a large and enclosed south facing pool deck with a dining table, plenty of chairs and sun loungers, with an open aspect and not overlooked. We recommend that you consider having the pool heated if your vacation is between October and April. The extra cost is $25 a day / $150 a week plus tax at 13%.
If you are not sure then you can decide during your vacation as we can switch the pool heat on over the internet. This flexibility also allows you to have the pool heat switched on for some days and not others.
The garage is converted to a games room in which there is a pool table, air hockey, and table football.
We understand that your security is important. Eagle Pointe is monitored at each entrance to the community with security cameras.
Villa Bonita itself is alarmed and the system is monitored 24 hours a day.
*****PLEASE NOTE***** This home has a maximum 2-car driveway.
We provide each set of guests with a unique entry code for the electronic front door lock. So you do not have to worry about collecting keys after a long journey to Central Florida.

We are available to assist you as required by e mail or you can call our management company who are available 24/7, to deal with anything that arises during your stay.

We are often asked about what is provided in your vacation home for when you arrive. So here we set out what you can expect bearing in mind that this is an entire home.
Much of what you will need during your stay from day to day is provided by yourselves, exactly as you would at home. You will have your own personal preferences and possibly allergies to take account of.
The home will have been cleaned and carefully checked before your arrival. Any routine maintenance will have been attended to or scheduled if its non urgent.
The beds will be made up for you and there will be plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms. There will often be beach towels ready for outside use. If you ordered pool heat then the pool heat will be on, if you ordered a gas grill it will be delivered (and can only be used) outside the pool cage.
The kitchen will be fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and untensils. There will be plenty of dishes, cups, plates etc for inside and outside use. There will be a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
The laundry area will have a modern washer and drier, you will also find an iron and ironing table.
So this will be very much like your own home.
Most day to day supplies will need to be purchased by yourselves as you prefer, again exactly as you do at home.
But to start you off we do provide some initial basics. These may vary from time to time but you can typically expect :
1.Toilet paper on each bathroom roll and an extra roll in each bathroom.
3.Bathroom hand soap.
5.A small pack of dishwasher tablets.
6.A small pack of washer detergent left in the laundry area.
7. A trash bag in each bin.
For hygiene reasons (bearing in mind we are licenced by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants), we are unable to provide any foodstuffs. This even applies to condiments.

A guest registration form must be completed before you check-in. This will be sent to you by e mail. This can be mailed to us, or simply e mailed once completed. We will also provide you with the full terms and conditions associated with the rental.
Each booking guest also agrees to provide a list of all occupants and agrees not to exceed the number of occupants listed on the booking request submitted.
Reservations for at least 2 nights are accepted for most of the year. A minimum of 5 nights are required during peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year, Easter and 4th of July weeks. Please ask if you are unsure.

A fee will apply to early check in / late checkout if requested.
If your day of departure is not a changeover day then late checkout will normally be available without charge so long as it is agreed with us.
If you leave the home after the agreed check out time there will be a charge of $50 for each 30 minutes you are late leaving.
A HOUSE BINDER is supplied inside the home and includes all the information you will require during your vacation.
We will also provide you with a link to our online welcome pages which will give you all the information you will need about the home as well as the alarm code and a code for the front door.
The home should be left in good condition on your departure, with any dirty dishes, pots and pans etc in the dishwasher. Any excessive cleaning costs will be charged to your security deposit held by Airbnb.
The AIRBNB cleaning fee is used for a departure clean. If available, extra maid service may be available at an additional fee.
No smoking anywhere in the home ; no parties; no pets. You will be charged a fee of $300 for these violations and asked to leave immediately.
Please be considerate of your neighbors when coming and going, especially early in the morning and late at night.
