By dedicating the whole lower level of the home for the guest area, there is a lot of room to relax and total privacy. Enjoy a walk to the lake or canoe, kayak, swim, etc. We are close to beach areas, downtown, and lots of restaurants to enjoy.
We have a a large home on Long Lake with three floors. The bottom floor is the guest area which includes a bedroom, bathroom, large television room with theater seating, a 50" mounted plasma TV, and surround sound. It also has a small gym and a wet bar including a refrigerator and microwave. All windows view the beautiful tall evergreens and the lake. The floor has its own private deck and steps leading down to the trail to the lake. The lake has excepitonal trout fishing, boating and water skiing, etc. There is also a canoe and kayak for guests to use to explore the beautiful lake. We are about a block away from bus transportation. We live in a very quiet and serene neighborhood.
The whole bottom floor of the house.
Other things to note
We have a little kitty who insists on sneaking down to see our guests....please feel free to shew her out! She is a little busy body.
We would expect guests to respect our home. We do have a dog and 2 cats but they are not allowed in the guest area and always live upstairs which is why we would not allow pets. We would not want loud music, or any disturbing behavior.
Guests can text us if they are in need of anything. We will always respond immediately.
My husband and I are very friendly and warm people. We are both "home-bodies" because we love our home and the community we live in. We also love our life on the lake. My husband is very excited for opening fishing day (April 31st) each year and we eat a lot of trout from that time through the summer. We have a ski boat and love to race around the lake.. We have two adorable little grandsons whom live with us now and they love the lake too.
