Our charming and spacious 3 bedroom home is centrally located in a quiet, cul'd sac neighborhood, 7 minutes from UNC. Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, screened-in porch and our living room and cozy family room. Please email to tell us about you!
Our home is in a quiet, beautiful, wooded neighborhood with very little traffic, which makes it perfect for walking, jogging or riding a bike. We are located in the middle of Chapel Hill, and an easy drive to UNC, Duke and RTP. Our house comfortably sleeps 6 (king bed in master bedroom; queen bed in 2nd bedroom and full bed in 3rd bedroom). All of the bedrooms feature quality mattresses and luxurious quilts, high thread count linens and fluffy towels. The bathrooms have a cottage feel and brand new vintage floors. We also have a large, upscale and fully-equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen is an awesome screened-in porch which makes you feel like you're in a tree house. We have free off-street parking, wifi and cable tv.
Guests will have access to the University of North Carolina, charming, downtown Chapel Hill and Carborro as well as Research Triangle Park (15-20 minutes away). The Bolin Creek Greenway and the trails of Duke Forest are a short drive from our house.
Interaction with guests
We will meet guests to welcome them to our home and give them a tour of the house and the keys, as well as answer any of their questions. We will also give suggestions about restaurants, cafes and things to do in or around Chapel Hill. We made a booklet with all the information about the house, and maps to our favorite cool places in Chapel Hill that we thought you may enjoy! We are just a cell phone call or text away for any additional questions that come up during your stay.
Take good care of our home and treat it as you would your own! No smoking is allowed inside the house or anywhere on the property, and no candles or open flames are permitted. Also no pets are allowed. The house may not be used for parties or events during your stay. Also, the person who rents the house must also be staying there.
