The location is perfect, a minute walk from the metro station. There are many stores in the neighborhood even though it's not really in the center. The room is big, I like especially the balcony and the huge Tv. The price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to visit Roma

Pako is a great host. He's a very friendly, nice and respectful person. He keeps the apartment very clean and is always available to answer any question. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice flat close to the subway, stores and restaurants.

Pasquale was absolutely AMAZING! Before I stayed at his place, I had 3 other Airbnb reservations in Rome (one of which cancelled on me the day before) and the 2 others which were horrible with the noise (hearing the neighbours all day long right through the walls... even the phone and doorbells ringing, and the non-stop traffic at another place that kept me awake until after 2am!!) Granted, Pasquale's neighbours aren't so quiet and you can actually hear their conversations through the bedroom walls (a huge problem everywhere in Rome), but they're typically quiet all day and at night when you need to sleep. And considering that I'm coming from the Suburbs in Canada, quiet is something I desperately needed but couldn't find anywhere in Rome except at Pasquale's place. Your bedroom balcony also faces the courtyard in the centre of the apartment complex, so you never hear any cars at all. The location is also awesome!! It's in Colli Albani which is a "locals" area and it's not flooded with tourists everywhere, so you can find amazing bakeries selling brioche and cappuccino for 1euro each and gelato for 2euro (my absolute favourite place is Masci because they fill their crema brioche right in front of you and it's usually hot out of the oven! Their cappuccino is probably one of the best ones that I could find in all of Italy too. They're located about 2 blocks west of Appia and on the same street as the apartment. Napeloni on the corner of Appia is also amazing and they have the best gelato!), there are great restaurants around that aren't charging you extorted tourist prices, there are probably 5+ grocery stores/markets in the neighbourhood all within 5 mins walking distance, there are awesome independent italian shops all along the main street Appia that brings you all the way to Termini, and his place is literally a 3 min walk to the metro Colli Albani and 7 stops away from Termini. The metro is really easy to use (a LOT like the Montreal metro), and you can make it all the way to the Vatican in about 20 mins. Besides all of this, Pasquale is super clean (even offered to do my laundry and clean my room during the 3 weeks I stayed with him) and he's so friendly and generous. From the very first day I stayed with him, he immediately made me feel like I was his family, and just a few days into my stay when I got so sick, he took care of me and offered to go and get me anything I needed calling me his "Canadian child" lol. Any problem I had or encountered was never too big for Pasquale, and he was ALWAYS there with a smile on his face ready to help me. I honestly felt like I was living with my brother or someone I had known my entire life.... I never felt like I wasn't at home...he truly is my...

Pako is a very nice guy who will try help you out as best he can. The apartment was in a very good location as my work was on Metro Line A at Ponte Lungo, so it was ideally placed. The apartment was very secure and the area was not dangerous. The bed was also pretty big and pretty comfortable!
