Our stay at Amy's place was great! She was such a nice host and provided us with lots of information about Seoul like restaurants and different neighbourhoods to check out. Her place is really close to the station so it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. I would highly recommend staying at Amy's airbnb!

Great place to stay. The bed, window and room are wider (larger) than how they look in the pictures. Very clean, with a lot of natural light and very well furnished. The sheets and towels felt like new. Amy was very friendly and helpful. I didn't notice in the add, but there was breakfast provided, very healthy and fresh, knowing that there is food in the kitchen definitely helps a lot to make it feel like home.

This was my third Airbnb experience in Seoul, and the best. Amy was the most courteous, thoughtful, and generous host I have ever met. Upon arrival, she meticulously explained accommodations of the house, nearby places, transportation options...etc. And she even changed the digital key pad number so I can easily remember. She stocked the refrigerator with fresh fruits and beverages for me and even provided a small but thoughtful departing gift when I left. The place was exceptionally clean and had clean sheets and towels. What I liked the most about her place was the location! It literally was 2 minutes away from the subway station. Plus, it's only a (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) won( $4~$6) cab ride to many popular tourist attractions. So if you're looking for a nice clean place to rest your weary soul and body after a long day of sight-seeing, or business activities, I cannot recommend a better place than Amy's.

Amy's place is the best one. It's clean, so spacious and near from the station and han river. Amy really nice to give us recommendations for many places and restaurant to visit. I'll make sure to stay at her place again when I go to Seoul next time

Finding a homestay that feels like home is hard to find. But Amy's place is something else! It's close to train & bus station. At first, I thought we'd had trouble to find the place. But Amy provided us with direction that so easy to follow. Also the house is so comfortable to stay in and the host's hospitality is no joke. Amy is a superhost indeed!

I have never had an Airbnb host better than Amy. Like, literally no competition. A few days before my flight, she checked in and told me what I would need to do upon exiting. She recommended two different transit options (one cheaper and one more direct) and told me that she would meet me at the station. Because I don't understand how buses work, I unfortunately missed the stop and went to the one she explicitly said I shouldn't go to, but she then walked over to meet me there, so that was helpful. Amy had changed the digital entry keypad number (so fancy) to a part of my phone number, meaning I was the only one who actually could get into the door without looking up what it had been changed to. The fact that Amy made it easier for me to get into her home than her, I think, speaks volumes. The first night, she walked me to Itaewon, which is a quote-unquote “trendy” neighborhood – which is to say that there are a lot of Americans there – and that was good to get a sense of things. I subsequently didn’t spend much time in Itaewon, because I didn’t get fly halfway around the world to hear English in general, and particularly not American English. Related: Amy’s English is fine. Maybe once or twice in a long conversation (we had several of those) I’d need a word repeated because of awkward pronunciation, but in general I don’t think we had any issues understanding each other. Throughout the rest of my trip, she gave me some recommendations on some restaurants and other places to go in her neighborhood and beyond, which was helpful as I was planning my days, something I didn’t really do in advance (which is, admittedly, fairly strange, but I had a great time regardless). We also went to a Korean barbecue place on my last night, which was pretty swell. Just in general, she’s very personable and helpful, and I was extremely fortunate to have been able to stay with her on my trip. It made an already-very-good vacation even better. Really, the only real interpersonal downside what that, when I told her I’m a fan of Korean cinema, she said, “Oh yeah, so you like Oldboy?” which is the same response I get from literally every Korean person I have ever said that to. For the record, I do like Oldboy, because it’s an excellent film, but that’s absolutely not what I was talking about. And in fact, I’d seen a handful of great Korean movies that she hadn’t, so, ya know, there’s that. Four things of note: The bathroom is strangely (and poorly) designed, so when you shower, the water gets everywhere. The apartment in general has some odd quirks, like the fact that Amy’s room has a window to the kitchen and whatnot, but it’s a nice place and I liked living it in for the few days I was here....

I am an easy-going person who is somewhere in between an introvert and an extrovert. I love meeting with people from different background and talking about various topics, but at the same time, I enjoy reading and running alone along the Han-river.

My interest lies in IT & Art. I like trying new technology and going to galleries. I am curruntly working as a Web designer & developer.

I enjoy traveling like you. I've been to about 20 cities and have many more to explore. My wish list for 2017 is Kyoto, Berlin and Moscow.

Seoul is very attractive as it changes so fast. I hope you have a wonderful time in this ever-changing vibrant city as I am enjoying here.
