Patt was such a wonderful host. Her house and the rooms are lovely, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect place for my family. My kids felt so comfortable and it was so nice to have so much space for them to unwind in the evenings. Perfect stay!

Relaxing atmosphere that was clean and accommodating. I especially enjoyed Pat's breakfast: delicious and hardy with a little sweet side.

Amazing host! We traveled to Wake Forest with our 3 year old and 9 month old and Pat even accommodated us with toys for our little ones. Pat also made us delicious breakfasts at a time most suitable for us. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you have children.

Pat was a lovely host. There was lots of space in the upstairs bedroom and the accommodations of two bedrooms and a bathroom were perfect for my husband, me and our daughter. Pat made us feel very welcomed and had lovely pastries and yogurt for breakfast. We had a very early flight out after our stay so we didn't have as much time to enjoy this Air B n B as we would have liked.

We enjoyed our stay. It is extremely rare to find a competitively priced Airbnb with two separate rooms, a private bathroom, and breakfast. We were traveling with our toddler who slept in the smaller room. This was a great arrangement. He also enjoyed playing with the toys in the larger room. Patt was very accommodating. Her dog is very friendly, and is usually outside.

Patt is a dream host, she went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort and satisfaction. Her house was beautifully decorated and very clean with plenty of space. Breakfast every morning was perfect and she is a very interesting person to talk to as well.

Hi there, my name is Patt Peterson, I live in Wake Forest which is about 10 miles north of Raleigh, located in Central North Carolina.
I am looking forward to meeting you and your family as an Airbnb host. I think this concept is a great idea for turning empty bedrooms into a little cash while helping out folks who want to travel and stay like a local.

Life motto? I guess I would say that I always assume the best in folks - they tend to live up to the expectation that you set for them. Certainly, this is true of my experience; so its working for me!
