The space

Apartment is located in the artist district of Neukölln. First floor. There's just one guest room, so no other guests aside of you.

You will live in one of the alternative Berliner Kiez:
Vegetarian/Vegan restaurants
Art & culture
Clubs & music
Public transportation (U8 & U7)

The bed room has wooden floor and a bed with a 160x200cm mattress.
The shared spaces are a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, electric oven, boiler, coffee maker, and toilet with shower, washing machine is also in the toilet room.
There's Wi-fi.
Fresh towels and fresh bed sheets are included.

Guest access

The bathroom is shared in the apartment. You can use the kitchen at your discretion, just leave things as you found them. Feel free to serve yourself all the coffee or tea you need. There's only one guest room, so you'll be the only guest here.

Interaction with guests

I'm well acquainted with events going on in the city, I am vegetarian -mostly vegan- and I can recommend you the best vegan and vegetarian spots in town, I'm very much into electronic music and clubbing so if you need advice I'll be very happy to help you (though I can't promise you'll get into the mythical beast called Berghain, gooogle the article of The Telegraph to know what I mean). If your thing is the more underground and under the radar rather than typical tourist places, just ask me.

Other things to note

The building has no intercom -as many in Berlin - that means that once in a while someone might ring the bell, usually a neighbour who forgot his/her key. If you feel like press the button next to the light to open the door downstairs, or just ignore it, someone else will open that door.

The flat was pretty good, clean stuff and huge kitchen and bathroom. Despite being far from the city itself, you can use the bus wich was quite useful.

Karl was very kind and made us feel like we were at home. The room and the bathroom were perfectly clean. If I had to visit Berlin again, I would certainly choose Karl as my host again.

Very happy with my stay! Also read the green folder Karl made esp. if you're new to Berlin. It has plenty of information about food, supermarkets, transport and of course, Berlin nightlife! Enjoy;)

Karl's place is as described and shown in photos. It's in a good location and easily accessible by the metro. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay in Berlin. I did not meet Karl during my stay, but he has a good system in place for retrieving the keys and was communicative with the Airbnb messenger.
