Does what it says on the tin Good value accommodation, absolutely brilliant location. Were some small issues with host communication and noise from the surrounding rooms as walls are very thin. If you're looking for no thrills cheap accommodation in the heart of Shinjuku then look no further

The place was very convenient to stay at. It is accessible via shinjuku station and is vlose to good food and some of Tokyo's night life. I would recommend a stay at this place. My only issues were that I am not a small guy and had a hard time fitting into the restroom and one of the three showers available for use had a smell to it which are minor issues.

First and foremost, the location is great. It's in the center of Tokyo located in shinjuku, kabukicho. It's about a 10 min walk to nearby stations as well as main streets. If you're into bar hopping, golden gai is right around the corner. As far as the room goes, it's gonna be cramped just like most of everywhere else in Tokyo. If you're someone of a taller or bigger size, you might not adjust to the size of the room right away. Makes it even harder if you're sharing the room with someone else. I believe different rooms have a slightly different layout, based on the number of occupants. My room was pretty much the size of an opened up suitcase + bed + table. Walls are also thin. There were multiple nights where me and my friend woke up to people chitchating from a night out drinking at like 4-6am. One time it was so bad that we had to contact jamie about a neighbor talking loudly at 6am. Jaime did not respond. However, the next day someone (that jamie sent) did nicely tell the neighbor he should quiet down. And also apologized to us for the disruption as well. Something else to note is we smelled cigarettes from inside the room. Perhaps because our room was right by the common door to exit. So if you don't like being disrupted in the middle of the night by noise or cigarettes, I'd try requesting to stay away from the exit rooms. The shower rooms remind me of gym showers. There's 3 on our floor and you share it with multiple other people but wait time was never an issue. Remember to bring your own shampoos and body washes! One other thing to note about the showers is that there were days when it stunk like sewer water.... Other than the things mentioned above, it's an alright place to stay if you're looking for somewhere close to shinjuku or places like golden gai. For the price you're paying to live in tokyo, it's not bad. Great for backpackers who are just crashing a few nights. Not the kind of place to stay all day in, though why would you when you can be exploring the city~

The apartment is located in the heart of Shinjuku. The bunk beds had are homemade and it shows. The rooms were very cold and the is a limit on how much you can use the AC. The staff keeps propping the door to the outside open, which made it even colder. Would recommend to yong people who want to be located very close to night life. Would not stay here again expect in summer-time.

Great location for convenience and to have a space to call your own during your stay. Very close to subway station and an easy 10 to 15 min scenic walk to the heart of Shinjuku. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby/on the way.

It's small room, if you want just for sleep, this is your place. The rest of things are fine, is a clean space, if you want to use the kitchen you have to know japanese.
