This cool apartment is the living space adjacent to an old corner store now known as Bywater Bakery. The best Bakery in town is right next door, with great coffee, pastries, breakfast & lunch! In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There's a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom plus a charming courtyard. Next door, is the awesome Bywater Bakery, best coffee & breakfast in the neighborhood.
You'll have separate access to the apartment, it's self contained with its own private entry. Plus you have access to a great little court yard, shaded by palm trees, right off the kitchen. Great for early morning breakfast or a late night cocktail.
Other things to note
SAFETY: Walking around during the daytime and evening Bywater is fun and there are a lot of things to discover, yet, we are not immune to big city problems. Stay aware of your surroundings, especially if you have been out imbibing. If you get lost, ask someone how to get back on track. People are friendly, and used to visitors- after all, we've been a port city for nearly 300 years!

SMOKING : take it outdoors. You even have your own courtyard, so smoke up- outside please & dispose of butts properly.
A/C AND HEAT: You will be enjoying new mini split units. Please keep the thermostats at reasonable levels, We suggeste 74 degrees summer 72 degrees winter. If you leave for an extended period of time turn it up or down accordingly. At the end of your stay turn the units OFF. Everyone being mindful of temperatures helps keep our prices fair on the rental.
