The space
The estate spans 476sqm across two levels plus a private garage suite, giving groups genuine separation without losing the sense of being together.

Downstairs opens into a country-style kitchen, two dining areas, multiple living spaces, and two bedrooms. Upstairs holds three double bedrooms including a master with ensuite.

Above the garage a private suite with queen bedroom and rumpus room is ideal for teenagers or a couple wanting their own space.
Note this wing shares bathrooms downstairs.

Outside, a resort-style 150,000L saltwater pool has its own pool house with kitchenette, toilet, and changing room. Up by the house the spa pool, patio, gas BBQ, trampoline, and fire brazier keep guests outside from morning until after dark.

Other things to note
Pool Safety: The pool is large and deep—please keep the gate locked when not in use. Swimming is at your own risk.

Septic System: We are on a bio-tank septic system—only flush toilet paper and avoid pouring oil or chemicals down the drain.

Water Supply: Our water is from a town trickle feed supply into tanks.

Hot Water: Multiple cylinders supply different areas—extended or simultaneous showers may deplete hot water. It takes ~2 hours to reheat.

Wi-Fi Coverage: Starlink Wi-Fi is fast throughout the house but limited by the pool area.
