Located in Feldman's quiet historic neighborhood, just a short walk away to lively 4th Avenue or Tucson's downtown scene where you will find many shops and restaurants. Easy street parking and centrally located, near the University of Arizona, this is an ideal base for visiting Tucson's many attractions--including the Gem and Mineral Show! Please note that during the Gem and Mineral Show (during the first two weeks of February) there is a minimum stay of 10 nights.

The newly renovated guest house offers a soaker tub, queen bed, a queen sofa bed, free wifi, t.v, and a private entrance with a patio for enjoying our lovely warm weather. The 4th Avenue Guest House is run by myself and my husband. We live in a separate house on the same property, along with our two daughters. We hope to help you have a comfortable, relaxing stay while also providing you with a private retreat.
