Handy for coastline and countryside this cottage will surprise you with its modern interior and space. Docking may not the the prettiest village in the county, but it's handy for coasts to north and west.

Apricot and Old Hardware are wonderful cottages - very well appointed and located to explore Norfolk. We would highly recommend them for a family visit.

We arrived at Apricot Cottage to find the perfect place to settle in after arriving from Australia to visit family and friends. The Cottage is exactly as described, beautifully presented, spacious, and with everything you could ask for and much more. We immediately felt at home and very much looked forward to returning to the Cottage after a busy day out. We were most impressed that Stephen ensured our initial booking and following amendments to our booking dates were made with ease. You will be surprised to find a gorgeous home away from home at Apricot Cottage!

Our family of four just got back from a stay at Stephen's amazing cottage. We have two young children (18 months and almost 4) and the cottage could not be more perfect for us, it really made for a wonderful holiday. The listed building has been thoughtfully renovated with an open plan arrangement and amazing glass panels to let in the light; the photos on airbnb don't quite do it justice. The hosts, Stephen and Nina, have literally thought of everything. There's tea, coffee, condiments, cooking oil, ice, kitchen roll, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, lots adult's and children's books, a big box of brio wooden trains and tracks, logs for the wood burners, every piece of kitchen equipment imaginable, leaflets of all the local attractions....they have just thought about how to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so that it's easy to just settle in and relax. The cottage was also set up perfectly for our young children, with stair gates top and bottom, a travel cot and a high chair at our disposal. We had such a fantastic time, would thoroughly recommend it and can't wait to return. Thank you, Nina and Stephen!

We love this cottage, we've stayed a number of times over the years. Quaint, quirky old building converted and modernised in to a very tasteful home with ample space and all mod cons. Despite being three families we all fit comfortably without feeling like we are on top of each other. This cottage is in a great location for exploring all the wonderful nearby towns and villages. Every time we seem to discover a new fabulous place to eat in or outdoor space to explore. This time it was Stiffkey flats, never have we had such much fun in our wellies on mudflats. Hoping to return next summer. Thanks Stephen and Nina.
