Very humbly I would like to say, The way you started the conversation from day one was extremely disrespectful, We are here to serve you, But just because you have booked with us does not mean you can demand things unreasonably, intact I have suggested numerous times before booking, you should have booked with the hotel directly. As you said you travel all the time, then how come this trip was organized out of a sudden, and how come you dint knew you are arriving early, Once you arrived, you spoke to all the staffs in MGM instead of us, and assumed things, which i have no control, What I have to offer you, is clearly mentioned in AIRBNB website and we provide each and every details with all clarifications and if you have any doubts you should have clarified in advance.When I was unable to give you the room as you demanded early check in you send me a message saying you will see how to go about it, Initially I dint understood, but later I started receiving your text messages, I came to know, you are purposely trying to create a scene and seeking attention, I am sorry, I have been busy, Moreover i dint see any messages through AIRBNB message thread, maybe you know thats not true so decided to send me text message instead, So I decided to ignore you completely, As you mentioned, You found cigarette buds and hairs, So again very humbly I would like to say, MGM SIGNATURE TOWERS has very strict policy NON SMOKING POLICY in place, If anyone smokes, other than the designated smoking area, strict action taken with a very heavy fines, FYI, The guest staying in your suite was from AIRBNB as well, And I have not got any report from MGM saying so please think before blaming me or any guest. If I would have you I would have have called and cancelled the reservation, But you dint, You know what you are saying is NOT TRUE, and you cant authenticate it, so you never sent any message through AIRBNB instead decided to text message me. And after staying for the entire stay, you decided to write here, Which if any sensible will read will understand, I am proud to serve my guest with all respect and as flexibility as possible, but I would maintain my distance with a guest like you, FOR THR RECORDS, THIS IS THE 4th TIME I AM TELLING YOU, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US, BOOK THOUGH THE MGM SIGNATURES DIRECTLY.MANY THANKS, MOHAMMAD.
