Self Contained Annex in a newly built 'green' property a short stroll into the beautiful Centre of Solihull with it's impressive shopping centre and array of bars & restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the railway station. 7 miles drive to BHX & the NEC.

The space

The annex is immaculate with underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen/sitting room has a 3 seater sofa, internet TV, fully equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, crockery, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dining table and chairs. Basic supplies such as salt, oil, coffee, tea, milk are provided. The bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe with full length mirror and bedside table. The bathroom has a power shower, toilet and washbasin with cupboards underneath. Fresh bedding, towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo will be provided.

Guest access

The annex has it's own access so you can come or go as you please. Onsite free parking for one car is available.

Interaction with guests

I work from home so will be on hand to meet and greet guests upon arrival and to help with any queries.

No pets or smoking allowed in the property or garden. The house is environmentally friendly therefore please turn the lights off when you are not in the property. The annex is attached to my house therefore we respectfully request that noise levels particularly at night should be kept to a minimum.

Sue was friendly and helpful, very welcoming and her property felt homely and safe. I highly recommend this as a comfy safe stay. Very close to everything, no need to use a car, great location.

Sue's annexe is a perfect home from home, if you are visiting Solihull and the surrounding areas. Consisting of 3 rooms, it has all of the basics and was very comfortable. Its literally a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the train station. Having the ability to park my car on Sue's drive was great - as parking in Solihull can be expensive. I liked it so much I have booked another 2 weeks there!

Sue's place was very clean and is ideally situated for the N.E.C. We also took the train into Birmingham as Solihull Train Station is only a few hundred yards from the place.
