Located adjacent to the famous Crickhowell bridge over the Usk river, Cordell House is a quirky three bedroomed property over 4 floors with beautiful views of the surrounding hillsides and a small courtyard garden. Self catering.
Originally built in 1860 the property was converted to two dwellings in 1990. Cordell House has been extensively refurbished to a high standard. We love the quirky shape of the rooms and the stunning views and and have aimed to create a contemporary space that is a home from home.
The whole house and courtyard garden will be available for the use of guests.
Interaction with guests
Although we are offering accommodation on a self catering basis we live nearby and are always happy to help in anyway. You will be greeted personally and shown the facilities. Your welcome pack will include the essentials such as milk, bread, butter, preserves etc all locally sourced.
Other things to note
There is parking for 2 cars alongside the property. The nearest pub is just across the road and the fabulous, independent shops of Crickhowell are just a short walk away.
We are non smokers and would ask guests to respect that and not smoke anywhere on the property.
Regrettably we cannot allow dogs or other pets.
We ask you to be respectful of our neighbours and to be considerate re noise etc.
