This place made our journey more impressive! It is more than home and also located in center of a little lovely town. We could see the peak of beautiful Zugspitse from bedrooms' windows, kitchen and terrace. As well as the view of St. Martin Church where located opposite is amazing. This is beyond our expectation since we saw photos on Airbnb. In addition, it is easy to drive to Innsbruck and Schwangua within an hour. It was the best time when Summer began. Tasty wine and cooked food are perfect things during we were staying there and those became our good memories.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with stunning views in the center of town. A little bit of a walk to the ski lift transport but right next to all the restaurants and shops. The owner was very helpful. We would come back any time.

Gorgeous apartment in lovely location with great views but just a few minor issues - see below . *Rosen was always very quick to reply to all my queries and very helpful. * There are absolutely, DEFINITELY 3 seperate, private bedrooms in response to some previous reviews ! 2 upstairs (a double and a triple) with a shower room between and 1 downstairs ( small double) with a shower room round the corner. The shower rooms are lovely . *Huge, wrap around balcony with stools on - only 3 tho and there was 4 of us ! *There is also DEFINITELY a parking space ! Sometimes staff from the restaurant under the apartment use it but we went in to speak to them and they moved it immediately. *The apartment is very large and light, with good quality wooden flooring and bathrooms. *The kitchen is lovely but lacking in a few basics - no sharp knives, just 1 small, blunt one. When we wanted to cut salami and bread we really struggled. Only 3 wine glasses. We borrowed more from the restaurant below. Would have really liked some champagne glasses too. Not enough cups so we had to keep using the dish washer as there were no tea towels to hand wash things. There appeared to be plenty of plates and cutlery tho. Very good, large fridge freezer with ice machine. Don't miss the feature lighting on the kitchen cupboards and glass extractor. Took us 2 days to find them but they look great on at night. *The apartment has very few curtains, although there are poles up, so you have to be VERY careful about modesty ! The downstairs shower room has no blind so I put my suitcase up against the window ?!. One of the upstairs bedrooms has no proper curtains and the occupant couldn't sleep with the light coming into the room early morning so we hung blankets at the windows! Don't let any of these things stop you staying there - it is really a lovely apartment. It is just such a shame about these small issues tho as they could all be so easily fixed and then the apartment would be perfect.

The location and home setup is excellent - the spectacular views and small skating rink definitely made if feel like Christmas. While we experienced a couple similar difficulties as previous guests (and I believe Rosen has already implemented some changes to rectify the difficulties), we were very capable of utililizing the best parts of staying in Rosen's place. One other item of note, the Italian restaurant below was outstanding both the food and hosts made for a great experience!

This will be a completely honest and fair review. If you are looking for a big hotel room, this is the place for you. It has a lot of room, fireplace, kitchen, sleeps 7, the location is amazing (close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, has amazing views, etc.), has a great porch, the wi-fi is great, beds are comfortable, kitchen appliances are high end (dishwasher, microwave and oven), plenty of dishes, cups and silverware, and was very clean upon arrival. It’s a beautiful place and this will meet your needs. However… if you are looking for a true Airbnb experience (home away from home), you may be disappointed. This is our 3rd Airbnb location we have stayed at, second one in Germany, and it was probably our worst. The upstairs shower still isn’t working. She told me that they haven’t had time to have it fixed, but someone else had posted that in October that it wasn’t working when they were there, so I’m not sure how long this has been broken and not fixed, or when or if they will actually have it fixed. That forced my entire family to use a very small bathroom downstairs (without a privacy window or curtain) and the water went from cold to barely warm. The air in the upstairs bedroom was very cold. I knew how to change the thermostat, because I was successful in changing it downstairs, but there was something not right with the upstairs. I wrote several times about this, and she said that she sent someone over to fix it, but it was never fixed. We had our baby up there with us and he got sick, because of the cold air at night. The kitchen is beautiful and has a simple toaster and a water kettle, wine bottle opener in addition to what I mentioned above. There are two pots and a very small skillet. I would say this kitchen is great for reheating leftovers or for sandwiches, but there are not enough utensils to cook actual meals. There are no kitchen towels, oven mitts, no can opener, no coffee pot, etc. There has been some confusion about how many bedrooms this apartment has. It has two private bedrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and is small, but it would fit two kids easily or a tight fit for two adults. The bedroom upstairs has a big bed for 2 adults to sleep comfortably, and a daybed for 1 person and there was a toddler bed in the room as well (not suitable for babies). They are saying that the bed in the living room is a bedroom, but it’s not a private room with a door that closes it, but would comfortably sleep 2. The bathroom downstairs is tiny, but has a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom upstairs is a good size with a shower, but again, the shower doesn’t work. I think this listing could be amazing, because of the location, the beds are very comfortable,...
