Really lovely property, so centrally located, well furnished and some lovely arrival touches. The street parking with permit provided is okay, although it took a while to find a space. There is a chargeable car park more or less opposite and I would have parked there and paid in preference. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return if I'm in Stratford again!

The location could not have been better for sightseeing around Stratford-upon -Avon. The cottage has the bathroom on the bedroom level which is important if you have to get up during the night to use the bathroom. It was comfortable and perfect for the three nights we stayed. ~ Sharon

Great space, the cellar and small brick structure (with BBQ!) felt very private.

The cottage was exactly as described and Margaret provided cream cakes and mince pies for our arrival (as well a milk in the fridge so I could make a cup of tea after a long flight from the United States). We spent Christmas at the cottage and the tasteful Christmas decor was perfect for the festive season. Location was perfect for entertainment, sightseeing and shopping. We would highly recommend cottage and certainly would love to visit again. Thank you.

Such a lovely apartment within walking distance to shops, restaurants and theatre. A well maintained and clean flat that's quite cozy and inviting. Love the downstairs cellar turned cozy nook for reading or a glass of wine. Margaret is very attentive to detail and is really there should you need anything. Had a wonderful stay.

Head over heels in love with this beautiful part of the world, frequent visitor to RSC theatre and avid book reader (recently Hilary Mantel). Things I can't live without? My kids and my family, all my good friends without whom I would wither like a flower, the evening bird ense…
