Hello, my name is Paloma Pájaro and I am the owner of the Huma House, a place full of charm that was my home and atelier until a few months ago.
The apartment is just ten minutes’ walk from the city centre. It has two bedrooms with double bed (135 cm) and a dining room with an optional 105 cm bed. It also has a lovely living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (with pantry) and a newly renovated bathroom.
It is a bright, outward-facing flat. All windows have thermal break frames, and the house has individual natural gas heating, air-conditioning and reinforced home door. It is fitted with toaster, vacuum cleaner, microwave, mixer, oven, ceramic hob, hair dryer, cutlery, crockery and cookware.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building in Rationalist style, with a rectangular ground plan and four simple towers. The façade of the house is made of Villamayor stone, also called Frank stone, which is the sandstone used in the monumental architecture of Salamanca. Because of these characteristics, our house is a heritage-listed building of the city.
