Wow!!! Absolutely enchanting! This space provided us one of the liveliest weekends we've ever had. We could not believe our eyes when we arrived at this property- no photos could capture the essence of this place. We could not keep ourselves from skipping across the lawn to the waterfall. We loved exploring and appreciating the gardens, feeling the must from the waterfall on our faces, and admiring the power, magnitude and grace of nature. This was the perfect place in which to become centered and grounded. We played games together at night sitting in front of the huge window looking out at the falls, laid in the grass and watched the stars, slept soundly and peacefully. We were able to make dinner together, eat breakfast outside, spread out, move at our leisure, and make ourselves feel at home. From the personal details like communication via a handwritten letter, to the authentic decor such as photos and paintings and handmade drawings of the falls, to the themed bedrooms that were oh-so comfortable and cozy, this house had the warmest feel, and we knew it was completely loved and cared for. I am so grateful to have gotten to experience a night at the falls. Not even my imagination could have conjured up a place this special, and it was a weekend we will not soon forget. We have all discussed turning this into a yearly ritual, a tradition to connect friends and family within the space of this magical place. You must see for yourself!! Thank you Jeff and family for sharing this treasure. It was truly a wonderful weekend:) -Annie

The estate is TRULY one of a kind! The surroundings are immaculate and the backyard waterfall was unbelievably breathtaking!! Great place for a big group with lots of bedroom options and large communal areas inside and out. The little hamlet is very close to the lake and surrounded by wineries, but not walkable to food or shops etc (we loved how off the beaten path it was!) Very easy to communicate with the owners and check-in/out was quite simple. The inside space is unique, very clean, and quite charming. *Must Do* - nearby Watkins Glen state park waterfall trail is SIMPLY STUNNING! Thanks for sharing your home, we hope to be back!!!

This is a very unique property with an enormous waterfall directly behind the house and the shore of Lake Seneca across the lane. The garden is grand and the landscaping is superb. Most of the interiors are not yet pictured in the listing but are original vintage 1940-50s. You will be transported to your grandmother's place. Everything is clean and functional. There is not enough light in the kitchen, but we solved that by bringing in lamps from the other rooms. There are three rooms that can accommodate couples. One of them has a connected porch with two twins which would work well for kids. There is also twin bed tucked into a corner of the enormous living room. Ultimately, if the weather is good you could spend all day gazing at that waterfall with a glass of rose which should definitely be part of the vacation plan. Communication was flawless. Ask Michelle to turn on the waterfall lights. & Enjoy!

This house is beautiful and the view is spectacular! We only stayed one night but it was perfect for our girls trip! We are already taking about when we can come back! If you are ever in need of a place to stay when visiting the wineries, you need to stay here. Jeff was easy to work with and responded to my questions/inquiries in a timely matter.

Our family came from China for my graduation and Jeff's place is one stop during their travel along the east coast. It is the highlight of our trip. They would give up visiting the Liberty Statue to staying at Jeff's. It is a location of its own kind. You own an entire beautiful waterfall! The only negative is that the experience will make your use-to-be-special home boring.
