This three bedroom, two bath, luxury condominium comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer in unit, wireless, vacuum cleaner, port-a-crib, high chair, and ironing board. Living room has a pull-out sleeper. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom and well as Living room. Located on the 1st floor right across from pool and clubhouse.
This luxury complex has a 7500 square foot clubhouse, basket ball courts, volleyball courts, children's play area, olympic-size swimming pool, toddler pool, hot tub, picnic and barbecue area, outdoor bar, convenience store, 57 seat theater, game room, tennis courts, and exercise facilities.
Interaction with guests
We have a local Management Company to take care of any maintenance issues. There phone # is located inside the apartment.
This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement made between the "Guest(s)" (person(s) renting the Condo) and the "Owner" pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent Condo for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
In additional to rental amount renters will pay a $150 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded if there are no missing items; there's no breakage or damage of property or any items inside the condo; no sign of smoking inside the condo is present and condo is vacated by the specified time and date.
Arrival details for self access to the Condo will be emailed approximately 1-2 weeks prior to arrival noted on reservation.
People not listed in the rental agreement may not stay overnight in the property without permission from the owner.
No smoking inside the condo.
Check in time is 4pm on arrival date and check out is 10am on the departure date.
Under all circumstances Owners' liabilities are limited to the rental price paid.
All renters are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance.
No pets are allowed.
Owners reserve the right to refuse admission or remove Guest(s) from the premises who do not follow the booking conditions and/or whilst on the premises illegally possess or deal in controlled substances and/or are intoxicated, profane, lewd, and/or brawling; or whom indulge in bad language, misconduct or disturb the peace and comfort of neighbouring homes, or who do not vacate the property at the checkout time (unless extension of time has been previously agreed to in writing). Refusal of admission to or removal from the property shall not be based upon race, creed, colour, sex, physical disability or ethnic origin.
Owners do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects howsoever caused. Under no circumstances are the Owners liable for any consequential loss whatsoever.
Insurance liability. Although every effort has been made to ensure that the property is in satisfactory condition for the Guest(s), Owners cannot accept responsibility for any third party claims, accidents or damage or loss to your property, or for any expense incurred for any reason. Owners do not refund any money due to inclement weather, illness, failure of any systems or mechanicals in the home (including but not limited to washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, electrical or plumbing systems, telephone systems). So Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance for the period of the holiday.
The Owners accept no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss,
damage or injury caused by force majeure events. These incude war, acts of terrorism, strikes, riots or other industrial action, flood, fire, airport closures, or any weather conditions beyond our their control.
