This apartment has great light, and a nice eat in kitchen.
The bedrooms are real, and are at opposite ends of the apartment.
And futon for 1 adult or two kids in the living room.

Bathroom and kitchen recently renovated.

The space

Master bed is a queen bed, second bedroom is a full bed (UK double), and living room futon sleeps 1 adult comfortably.

1 newly renovated double sink bathroom with large shower
Newly renovated kitchen

Expect a fun time. There is tv and Internet. Also air conditioners, and a nice big kitchen table if you need to work or study.

Neighborhood is awesome. You know that if you have ever been. It's fun because it is still affordable, but has a few hot spots like new bars and restaurants nearby without being as expensive as broadway or amsterdam.

Also it is 1.5 blocks from Central Park and that is great for walks. 2 mins to the b and c train, and 6 mins walk to 1 train. Cool Indian chai shops on the corner of w107th and a bakery that rocks on Amsterdam Ave.

We renovated the apt from scratch so we know you will love staying there. We own the apt, so no problems from other building residents, and I'm on the condo board so can make sure your stay is as stress free as possible.

Laundry can be dropped off around the corner and picked up the next day for about $15.

Please note it is a 4 flight walk up - but they aren't that bad - and the light is worth it.

We also have quiet professionals living next door so that is nice.

Anyone you ask about our area (Upper West Side) will say good things. It is safe, it is fun, it has some great restaurants (i.e. Soul Food @ Miss Mamie's Spoonbread 2; two local Italian restaurants that are excellent; French Moroccan @ A Cafe; great morning coffee and wraps @ Zanny's Cafe; and for wine lovers walk down Columbus ave to Manhattan Brew and Vine ; not forgetting Bob's Your Uncle on Columbus and 105th for a good beer; and the best chai in NYC for $1.50 (just mention my name) @ The Little Gujarat Delhi. All these are within 1 min walk of the apt! You will probably be eating downtown, but these are great options if you get lazy and want to stay local. And 5 mins walk away there are many restaurants and bars on amsterdam ave and Frederick Douglas blvd.

B and C train are 2 mins walk away on w109 and Central Park west.
M60 bus is 6 mins walk away on broadway which goes to La Guardia airport.
1 train is 6 mins away that connects to express train at 96th street.

Had a great stay on this 5th floor (no elevator) apartment. Most places in manhattan still a subway ride away, however did not bother us. We found the place squeeky clean and had all we needed. Thanks!

Ben's apartment is exactly as described. 2 double rooms perfect for 2 couples travelling together. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet but with plenty of places to eat very near by. It is no more than a 5 minute walk to the subway and even less to Central Park. It was clean, had good wifi and an air con unit in both bedrooms. I would very much recommend staying here if you want somewhere slightly away from the madness of Times Square but within easy tram distance from all the big sights.

Had a great stay here as a family of four. Kitchen is small but well equipped, good grocery shop a couple of blocks away. Don't underestimate the stair climb -especially with luggage! Really friendly neighborhood, would recommend!
