Please note: Property located on the 2nd floor with NO LIFT.

Fresh towels and linen provided as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, kettle and toaster. During winter months, there are 2x queen size blankets provided and a heater.
Summer we have a portable A/C.

1.NOISE CONTROL
Noise must be controlled or limited by all residents staying at this apartment. Please try to keep it to a minimum after 9.00pm. If we receive complaints we reserve the right to take action.

2.VISITORS - STRICTLY NO PARTIES
Unless arranged with landlord before arrival, there are strictly no visitors allowed. Your booking has been agreed to the number of people staying. This number must not be exceeded. If exceeded we reserve the right to charge for the extra people.

3.STRICTLY NO ANIMALS OR PETS
This property has a no pets policy. If you are found to have a pet or have had a pet in the property during your stay we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without any refund and/or charge you $250 from your bond.

4.SMOKING
This property is strictly NO SMOKING. If you are found to have smoked in the property during your stay we will charge you $250 from your bond.

5.INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
If you are deemed to have behaved improperly we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without any refund.

6. KEYS
There is 2 set of keys provided and 1 remote for car space.
If keys/remote are lost or taken during your stay, $150 will be taken from your bond as a contribution to replace the locks.

Apartment was clean and tidy. It is situated within walking distance of a Coles Supermarket and has a bus stop outside. Perth transport system is excellent. Bobbi was really good to deal with. Though we had no issues. I think the photographs make the apartment look bigger than it actually is and is only really suitable for a couple.

We had a lovely weekend here. The apartment was a great base for wandering around Mount Lawley - nice and close to Hyde Park and the cafes on Beaufort street.

I spent a couple of nights at Bobbi's place. Quiet area however great location for public transport into the city, well placed for all the local eateries for which you are spoilt for choice and free secure parking. Bobbi was a great communicator and made sure we were checked in and that we were ok. Thanks again Bobbi.
