Lovely quiet sleep out, separate from main house w bathroom & tea/coffee/ breakfast provided. Comfortable, queen size bed. We appreciated the independence the sleep-out provided and was as good as advertised. The breakfast supplies were an unexpected bonus and we enjoyed using our own private patio in the garden. Parking was easy.
