Bright, cheery, 3 bedroom cottage in private beach community. Sunny interior with cathedral ceilings and skylights. Open floor plan for living room, kitchen, dining room, leading onto outside deck. Outside deck with table, chairs, and gas grill. Private outside shower, Picnic table, children's swing set, horseshoe and fire pit in secluded back yard. Summer, cottage is a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. 7 day minimum. June 22-Oct 5

The space
Back yard has large outside shower, picnic table, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, large deck with gas grill, horseshoe pit, and two swingsets, including infant swings. We also provide a "kiddie pool" that many children have enjoyed! Very kid friendly house, lots of games and movies and craft supplies for the children's use. Also, beach toys, beach buggy, and boogie boards. An easy 4 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Popponesset Marketplace including shops, dining, music, mini golf. One mile drive to public boat ramp, marina with rentals, children's museum.

Guest access
Whole house rental, no subletting. While at our cottage , you will have the use of activities at our Community House-in season. You will have a beach flag, which is required for our private beaches. Basement is for laundry use only, and owner storage. Total occupancy not to exceed 6 at any time! No more than 3 vehicles parking

Other things to note
We provide bed linens, and bath towels., but not beach towels. We provide dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils.
Guests provide their own food /condiments/consumables . 2 night minimum.

Rainy day fun at nearby Mashpee Commons, with shopping, movies, dining, and bowling, as well as a pottery painting shop for the children. Cape Cod Children's Museum is less than 3 miles away. 10 golf courses, within a 15 minute drive!

My wife and I live nearby, and are available to help in any way. Weather permitting and summer rental scheduling, we try to take our guests on a boat ride around Popponesset Bay.
